Rye Tasting

Had a Rye tasting a week or so ago. Had a local store pick and 2 oldies but goodies to compare it to.

Midwinter Night's Dram Act 5 Scene 5

We've blogged before about the EH and Midwinter so we like these two bottles and wanted to compare this store pick to those two. In short, it held up VERY well. Wilderness Trail is doing some great things. Very few new distillers are going directly from the barrel to the bottle but they are ( along with New Riff ). If you are into Ryes, this is a good store pick and drink.
