Poor Man's Pappy

With proper Social Distancing in place, had a tasting with:

Poor Man's Pappy ( 60% Weller 12, 40% Weller 107 ) Rested 21 days

Weller 12

Weller 107

Conclusions:

The Poor Man's is really good. It's an interesting experiment to blend two different bourbons and see what happens. Personally, thought it was Weller 12 up front with Weller 107 ending. Definitely the best of both worlds and better together than separate. If retail, you could make for around $100.00. Next time, will test with 60% Weller 107 and 40% Weller 12.
